An event to remember
Make your day at the Great Yorkshire Show really special by booking into our hospitality suite. Conveniently located near the President's lawn the hospitality suite provides a peaceful haven whilst keeping you at the heart of the action.
You can book for parties of two or 30.

Faq's
Hospitality Visitors receive preferential parking passes which give access to Yellow Car Park. This is a "hard-standing" car park located just a couple of minutes from the Hospitality Pavilion
We aim to be completely flexible in our approach - after all it's your day, not ours! We can accommodate a booking for just two people looking to celebrate a special day up to larger corporate parties looking to book whole tables or rooms.
Dogs (except registered assistance dogs) are strictly prohibited in the Showground or in the car parks. Cars with dogs will be refused entry to the car parks. This is for a number of reasons including crowds down avenues, spooking livestock and dog mess.
Hospitality guests should dress smartly - but there is no need to wear a tie. We request that guests wear shoes not trainers.
Full payment is required to secure booking. A full refund can be given on cancellations before 10th June 2012. However, in the event of cancellation, by the customer after 10th June, the customer will remain liable for the full amount.
For the comfort of all our guests and enjoyment of our facilities, children, under the age of 18, are not permitted in the Hospitality area.
